Stephen M. Kohn

Founding Partner

Since 1984, Kohn has been celebrated as a world-renowned whistleblower attorney and pioneer of whistleblower law and advocacy. He is founding partner of Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto, the chairman of the National Whistleblower Center, and the most published author on whistleblowing.

Allison Herren Lee

Of Counsel

As former acting chair and commissioner of the SEC, Allison Herren Lee’s practice focuses on representing whistleblowers reporting securities, commodities, banking and capital markets law violations, including a focus on ESG, governance/audit, securities law, and whistleblowers.

Michael D. Kohn

Founding Partner

Michael D. Kohn has successfully represented whistleblowers in cases against some of the nation’s largest corporations and law firms, including Georgia Power Company, Brown & Root and Ashland Oil Company. He is the co-author of two books on whistleblower law and in the 1980’s pioneered the first cases banning NDAs.

David Colapinto

Among his accomplishments, Mr. Colapinto was lead counsel for one of the whistleblowers in a major qui tam False Claims Act case alleging that the drug maker Bristol-Myers Squibb paid kickbacks to medical providers.
