CFTC Whistleblower Program
As partr of the Dodd-Frank Act, the CFTC Whistleblower Program awards between 10 and 30 percent for reporting Commodity Exchange Act violations leading to successful enforcement. This law also ensures confidentiality, privacy, and protection against retaliation.

AML and Sanctions Whistleblower Program
Today’s AML laws provide incentives and protection to individuals who report money laundering and sanctions violations. Whistleblowers may receive 10% to 30% of total monetary sanctions in successful enforcement actions.

IRS Whistleblower Program
The IRS Whistleblower Program pays rewards to whistleblowers who disclose criminal and non-criminal tax fraud and evasion. The IRS Whistleblower Office, created by Congress, awards between 15 and 30 percent to whistleblowers whose information leads to tax, penalty, interest, or other recoveries from non-compliant taxpayers.

False Claims Act: Qui Tam
Under this law, whistleblowers, also known as qui tam relators, can earn between 15 and 30 percent of the funds recovered if the government decides to take the case (also known as: intervening). The False Claims Act qui tam provision has awarded over $7.3 billion since it’s inceptiuon in 1986. It has been successful in combating fraud in government contracts, and has influenced many other modern whistleblower programs.
